• If a match or event is abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded
• If a connection is lost during live betting, the bet will be settled at the last confirmed odds
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets on both sides of the same event to guarantee a win — is strictly prohibited

Odds are determined entirely by pg25's proprietary algorithm and expert team. Odds may change at any time in line with market conditions. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed are final.

pg25The following activities are strictly prohibited on pg25 and will result in immediate action if detected:

1. Creating or managing multiple accounts
2. Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets
3. Hacking an account or attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account
4. Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
5. Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
6. Exploiting loopholes in the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage
7. Fraudulent conduct against other members

• At the member's own request
• By order of a court or regulatory authority

After 12 months of inactivity, a notification will be sent to the member. After 24 months, the account may be automatically closed and action taken regarding any remaining balance. Members will be notified by email before their account is closed.

To close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to you after verification.

pg25 Is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection
• Delays or errors in third-party payment systems
• Natural disasters, cyberattacks, or force majeure events
• Issues with the member's own device or network

Pg25 makes every effort to maintain uninterrupted service; however, temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues. Members will be notified in advance via notification in such cases.
